Thierry RAYER, a French researcher in art and history, chairs the CESR. In 2016, Thierry RAYER animated in Paris, in front of a committee of scientists, lawyers specialized in the art market and experts before the courts, a conference on the secrets of the work of Brancusi organized under the high patronage of the President of the French Republic, François Hollande and sponsored by the Amitiés Internationales André Malraux. He is a former member of the scientific council of the French Society of Egyptology and a member of the International Union of Engineers and Scientists using the French language at UNESCO.
